Yes it has been a while. There has been so much going on, I am just now getting a chance to document it.
FIRST DESCRIPTIONS THEN PHOTOS =)
And there is IMPORTANT information in my closing lines of my post, so be sure to read it there at the bottom. =0)
>There was a school "festival"/ competition, and the Drama was our baby. There were several traditional Indian dances and to end with a BANG, we Blue Mount Public School came in 1st place overall. YAHOO!
> I have been sent to the hospital twice. The first time was early October, I went to emergency, but no worries, I was given medicine and sent home to rest for a few days. I'm either allergic to the peanut brittle type snack we bought off the side of the road, or I'm allergic to elephant slobber, the doctor couldn't tell me, they didn't have either on hand to test me with. =P
The second time was a bit more serious. Last week I was hospitalized for having a UTI and a severe kidney infection. I was in the hospital for 7 days. YIKES! But I had my last visit (I'm pretty certain), and took my last tests, results come in an hour. But I am feeling pretty chipper now, so I am hoping the tests result the same.
>We went on a trip. Though I am the one telling the story, I am not so good with names of locations, so I am going to say, we went North, and North East Kerala. We saw a gorgeous waterfall, saw a few dams, and had a breath-taking mountain side view. We went on a safari search for tigers in a jeep, the guide found wild goats... tiger, goat, tomaTOE, toMATOE right. =) We visited a nice, quite village called Nemmara but only got a little taste of the country life. It was good food, good company, great memories were made there.
>On November 1st it is Kerala Day, so the teachers helped dress us in traditional Keralan Saris. Talk about the difficultly not just in moving around in an all starched cloth, but keeping it clean when it's raining, and there are mud puddles every where. NOW THAT'S SKILL!
>At Blue Mount Public school, we have Children's Day tomorrow which is a performance by kindergarten through second grade students. There will be photos to follow =)

Hope to be seeing you all very shortly.
